School and child center De Schatkamer opened its doors!

Thursday 4 March the primary school and child center De Schatkamer has opened. The big central hall immediately proved its function, giving place to all children, parents and teachers listening to the big band. The opening was for the school only. The surroundings of the building are not finished yet due to the cold weather. The official opening will be in autumn. More pictures of the event can be found on the site of the school De Schatkamer.

The interior of the primary school and day-care center in Zwolle is almost completed. The school is planning to move into the building in March this year.

Bloemershof ensemble - Construction started

The construction of Bloemershof communal buildings has officially started. The site has been delivered to the contractor and the building board is on site.
Unfortunately we have to wait for temperatures above 0°C, since the weather prevents the work to continue.

Primary school De Schatkamer almost complete

The primary school and day-care center in Zwolle is taking shape. The exterior is quite finished, the contractors are busy with fine tuning the interiors now.

Archive Depot waiting for its final facade

The Archive Depot in Leeuwarden is almost finished.
The only missing element is the cladding of metallic anodized aluminum panels with perforations and imprints.
A specifically designed pattern will be wrapped around the building, enhancing the shape and dynamics of the building, and giving it a refined look.
The final facade is planned to be installed in spring 2010.

The construction on Esprit head office in Amstelveen was officially started by a symbolic canon blow fired by Juliette Bekkering and a ceremonial first pile foundation by the client MAB and the future user Esprit.

Het Tolhuis - Exterior completed

Another phase of the Tolhuis project is completed. The project - a private house with studio space- folows a particular process- The project is being build by the owners themselves and the transformation and reconstruction of the former toll house is done phase by phase. The construction has started almost 8 years ago. With the exterior now being completed it is reaching its final form.
